Jim Rohn passed away just a few days ago (Dec 5th 2009).
He has been a great inspiration for thousands of people around the world.

Many first come across his teachings when they get involved in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM).   But his teachings have benefits reaching far beyond those of building a successful networking business.  He pictorially presents powerful truths that have the power of transforming lives.  It is an advanced form of the art of personal development.

I love the simplicity and obviousness with which Jim Rohn states the facts of life.  His analogies paint lasting pictures.

One analogy that has stayed with me and impacted my life profoundly is “It is not how the wind blows.  It is how you set your sail.”

The same wind blows on all of us.  The wind of changes,… economic changes, personal changes, political changes…  The question is:  What will you do?  Will you take advantage of it?  Will you ask yourself “How can I use this change to make things even better than I had anticipated?”?  You can.  You always have that choice.
